Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions – Online Lightroom Editing Session with Andy Yee By booking this session, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking Confirmation Your booking will be confirmed via email upon receipt of payment. All session details, including access links and preparation instructions, will be sent prior to the scheduled class. 2. Session Format This is a live, online coaching session conducted via Zoom. A stable internet connection and the latest version of Adobe Lightroom Classic are recommended for the best experience. Sessions may be recorded for educational purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded (camera off is optional for attendees). 3. Cancellations & Refund Policy Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session start time are non-refundable, due to limited availability and preparation time. You may reschedule your session once (subject to availability) if notice is given more than 48 hours in advance. 4. Non-Attendance If you fail to attend the session without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited, and no refund or reschedule will be provided. 5. Intellectual Property All course materials, recordings, and resources provided during or after the session are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or reproduced without written permission from Andy Yee Photography. 6. Liability Disclaimer Andy Yee Photography is not responsible for any technical issues on the attendee’s side (e.g., poor internet connection, outdated software, or computer issues). We reserve the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative date or a full refund.
